Why is the event invite-only?
To keep discussions sharp and relevant, we’re curating a small group of scale-up leaders who are dealing with similar growth challenges.
Can I bring a guest?
Yes, +1s are welcome as long as they fit the room. We keep the group small on purpose. Let us know who you'd bring so we can confirm.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No prep needed. Just come with the scaling question that's on your mind — you'll find room for it in the conversation.
Will the sessions be recorded?
Yes. We record the talks and produce a short aftermovie, always with the room's consent. Conversations at the table stay off the record.
How can I get to Scaling Steps and where can I park?
IJver is at Scheepsbouwkade 72 on the NDSM wharf in Amsterdam Noord. Fastest route is the free NDSM ferry from Amsterdam Central Station (about 15 minutes). Parking at NDSM is limited but available at nearby P+R lots.
